Stratalab Klerksdorp provides civil and materials laboratory testing services. All testing is performed in accordance with applicable South African National Standards (SANS), TMH methods, and industry best practices.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing should project scope change after initial quotation.
3. Test Results & Reports
- Test results and reports represent the condition of samples at the time of testing.
- Results are issued to the client who commissioned the testing. Third-party release requires written consent.
- We retain test records in accordance with our quality management system and applicable regulations.
4. Sample Handling
Clients are responsible for ensuring samples are representative and properly labelled. Stratalab Klerksdorp is not liable for results affected by improper sampling or labelling by the client.
5. Payment Terms
- We reserve the right to withhold results until payment is received.
- Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our test results or reports.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Stratalab Klerksdorp and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Products
- Product availability is subject to stock levels.
- Products are sold as-is and must be inspected upon receipt.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the North West Province.
